I work in the areas of family and work relationships, and I specialise in working with creative clients who are curious to approach their difficulties with imagination.
We work collaboratively, and as the coaching progresses you will develop emotional awareness, which enables you to recognise self defeating blocks, or behaviour patterns, thoughts and feelings and with this new awareness focus on change.
My background is in cognitive psychology, and Jungian depth psychology. I draw on many tools to help you focus and enable change.
I will work intensively with you to provide challenging insights into what blocks you from reaching your personal full potential.
